01 / OUR PURPOSE

Protect what makes
this place home.

No property owner should have to navigate confusing rules or enforcement concerns alone.

This is a town of early surf checks, familiar faces, and neighborhoods with their own character. We’re building an independent network to connect the people behind those homes, document experiences, and advocate for clear standards and consistent treatment. Bring your questions, your experience, and your willingness to work together.
